In order to get the most out of these sessions, it's encouraged that participants take the assessment in advance (see options below), which will allow you to arrive with an idea of your core motivations. During these workshops we’ll spend time sharing our experience of our types so that we can deepen our understanding of how we see the world and learn how to apply insights from the model for personal growth.

What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a personality framework that describes patterns in how people conceptualize the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram model describes nine different personality types and maps each of these types on a diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another. It speaks to the age-old questions of being human, still relevant today - Who am I really? What motivates me, and how is that different to other people? How can I be more fulfilled? Why does change sometimes seem so hard? The Enneagram illuminates both the challenges and the magic that we experience in human relationships and gently reminds us that we can be more than we are today.
