This is an offering that combines personal coaching with the benefits of embodiment and grounding.


I was told once that life is meant to move at the speed of a walk, I love that.

There is something special about vulnerably sharing with intention while grounding in nature and moving slow. Walking outside calms our racing thoughts, helps us process and move stored emotions and grounds us in the here and now. Outdoor movement offers us a shift in perspective by shifting our external environment.

Walk & talk coaching is for anyone seeking easeful outdoor movement and a safe space to commit themselves to living a full life.

during the session we will:

  • Choose a route based on your needs and sit regularly as we need

  • Discuss agreed upon topics; including but not limited to digging deep and discover what's getting in the way of your personal fulfillment

  • Walk through the picturesque paths of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, at our own pace

  • Explore themes that best serve you in the moment: anything from goal setting to career, habits, wellbeing, values, connection to your inner wisdom, inner critic and more

  • Use gentle movement to move subtle energy and reveal stored emotions/thoughts

  • Get clear on any physical, environmental and emotional blocks you may have in your way

  • Feel more embodied by connecting to internal and external shifts that support a life aligned with your truth

how it works


FAQ

  • You are welcome to bring a water bottle and/or journal and pen if you don’t mind carrying them with you - if you have a backpack to put these in, you are welcome to bring it along too!

    I suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, and be sure to wear sunscreen. Bring some money if you’d like to buy a coffee or something to drink from Flywheel Coffee Roasters.

    If you can, leave your phone behind :)

  • There are bathrooms located throughout Golden Gate Park and we can stop to use a bathroom at any time during the session. I suggest using the toilets at home or at Flywheel Coffee Roasters before our session to avoid interrupting our flow - but bathroom breaks are always welcome.

  • While Golden Gate Park is a public park, I will do my best to ensure that we have privacy: we can walk and sit in quiet areas, and maintain a healthy distance between other groups and walkers.

    If you are worried about privacy, let me know before the session so that we can take extra care to ensure that you feel comfortable. My priority is always to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable during our time together.

  • This offering is designed to suit all different fitness or activity levels. Golden Gate Park has a wide variety of paths for us to choose from, and we will choose a route based on what best serves you in the moment.

    Breaks and pauses are encouraged, and we can sit whenever we need.

  • Yes! Gifts cards can now be purchased for a 1:1 coaching session, a private breathwork session or an Enneagram typing session.
