Hi, I’m Jenna!
I am an ICF-certified life, career, and executive coach, healer, and Enneagram teacher with a passion for helping people create lives and careers that light them up.
I love designing curriculums that bring busy professionals together — slowing down, inspiring deeper understanding, and sparking moments of transformation.
Over the years I've grown into a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive facilitator who loves creating spaces where people feel seen and heard. I've worked with corporate and nonprofit teams of all sizes — from 6 to 100 people — and I'm always excited to partner with teams who are ready to grow.
I offer in-person and virtual workshops inspired by my passion for collaborative discovery and grounded in a holistic exploration of wellness, connection and intellectual growth.
My facilitation style is warm, playful, trauma-informed, and sensitive to cultural overlays.
