Intro to Mindfulness ~ In-Person 4 Week Course


A four-week course designed to give you an introduction to mindfulness and the basics of meditation, while setting the foundation for a new grounding practice.

Finding mindfulness and meditation has been an absolute salve for my soul. These practices have taught me to default to gratitude, forgiveness, and a broader perspective full of goodness, to trust my intuition, and to fully embrace myself. 

Wherever you are in life, you deserve to have a safe place of refuge inside that feels peaceful. That's what I want most for us. 

I'm looking forward to offering this small in-person course at my home, where I will guide you through the fundamentals and share my best tips and learnings from training. I'm excited to share what I know with you. 

This course is a required component of my practicum to become a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield via the Greater Good Foundation.

  • Tues. May 28 at 6:00-7:15 pm (Mon. May 27th is Memorial Day, so we will meet on Tues. this week)

  • Weekly 75 minute in-person sessions at my home in Cole Valley, SF

  • Intimate and safe community with 5-10 other people

  • Weekly customized intentions designed by the group, with actionable resources

  • Themes, teaching, guided meditation, and group sharing

  • + Optional: Individual coaching session with me to customize and deepen the work
