Mindfulness for Self Compassion ~ 4 Sessions

A course designed to give you a container to practice self compassion through mindfulness and meditation, while setting the foundation for your practice.

Mindfulness and meditation offer a gentle path back to you ourselves in the most nourishing of ways. These practices remind us that we're not alone in our struggles and that uncertainty and self judgment, far from being a flaw, is a fundamental part of the human experience.

In my own journey, self compassion practices have been nothing short of transformative. They've taught me to cultivate gratitude in difficult moments, to approach life with forgiveness, and to embrace a broader perspective filled with possibility. Through mindfulness, I've learned to trust my intuition and fully accept who I am. Wherever you find yourself in life, you deserve an inner sanctuary of peace - a quiet refuge you can always return to.

Together in these sessions, we’ll explore:

  • The foundations of self-compassion; getting to the root of what it really feels like in practice

  • Mindfulness techniques to nurture true, lasting self-kindness

  • Embracing uncertainty and self judgement with greater ease

  • Practical meditation practices for daily life

Each session weaves together guided meditation, experiential learning, and supportive group discussion. I'm looking forward to offering this in-person course at my favorite local yoga studio The Yoga Shala, where I will guide you through practice and discussion, and share my best tips and learnings from training.

Beginning and experiened meditators are invited!

This offering is a required component of my practicum to become a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield via the Greater Good Foundation.

Jenna is an absolute gift. She melded mindfulness and her coaching expertise to guide a group of professionals to become more awake/aware and self-compassionate. Her particular techniques and guidance were even more helpful to me than the many sessions I’ve taken with the renowned psychologist and meditation teacher, Tara Brach.

Jenna’s tips and tricks will resonate with you, I promise. I’m eager for her to get some of her guided meditations onto Insight Timer.
