*The next iteration of this workshop has not been solidified. If you would like to participate in this workshop or something similar, please reach out below.

What motivates you in life? How do you see the world compared to others? This workshop is about helping you feel empowered by your intrinsic motivations and personality style. We will uncover blind spots that can help you break through cognitive blocks and strengthen your relationship with others. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of the Enneagram model, how you see things differently, and how to have more peace in your life.

The Enneagram is a powerful tool that combines traditional wisdom with modern psychology that maps a person's unique path to personal growth. It has been used for centuries as a map of human consciousness and archetypes, and unlike other personality tests, describes the strengths and potentials of each person, as well as areas for growth. It also helps you better understand the viewpoints and personality styles of the people around you, helping you better navigate differences and resolve conflicts.

Everyone is encouraged to take the assessment in advance if you haven't already done so (see options below) so that you can arrive with an idea of your core motivation and get the most out of applying insights from the model.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a personality framework that describes patterns in how people conceptualize the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram model describes nine different personality types and maps each of these types on a diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another. It speaks to the age-old questions of being human, still relevant today - Who am I really? What motivates me, and how is that different to other people? How can I be more fulfilled? Why does change sometimes seem so hard? The Enneagram illuminates both the challenges and the magic that we experience in human relationships and gently reminds us that we can be more than we are today.
