Virtual group coaching for heart-centered women to cultivate a more present and satisfying life, by having a safe place to clear the noise, share with others, and integrate simple lessons for feeling more nourished and fulfilled in your life.

This new virtual offering is for women looking to reground in a gentle, embodied (less cerebral) way while feeling a sense of connection and belonging with others on similar journeys. I’ve always been passionate about living a simple, spacious, and enriching life, and I care about that on a much deeper level for you this year given all that we have been through in the pandemic. I want to hold a container for you within a cozy virtual space (personally I will be on the floor with cushions) so that we can bring ourselves just as we are. I know the alchemy of the group will infuse a quality of inclusive perspective, humor and joyful inspiration along the way.

  • Weekly 2 hour cozy group coaching video calls on Zoom

  • Intimate and safe community with 8-10 other women

  • Weekly customized intentions designed by the group, with actionable resources

  • Connection & check-ins via WhatsApp (if that feels right!) to support each other

  • Meditation, simple breathwork, group Enneagram discussion, and inquiries to support learning and expansion in a group dynamic

  • Optional: Individual coaching session with me to customize and deepen the work
